pEASY?-Blunt Simple Cloning Vector消除了pEASY?-Blunt Cloning Vector上的多克隆位點，克隆后的PCR產物無法使用pEASY?-Blunt Cloning Vector上多克隆位點的限制性內切酶切下。包含LacZ基因，在含有IPTG和X-gal的平板培養(yǎng)基上，可進行藍白斑篩選， 適用于平端克隆。
