pEASY?-Blunt Simple Cloning Vector消除了pEASY?-Blunt Cloning Vector上的多克隆位點(diǎn)，克隆后的PCR產(chǎn)物無(wú)法使用pEASY?-Blunt Cloning Vector上多克隆位點(diǎn)的限制性內(nèi)切酶切下。包含LacZ基因，在含有IPTG和X-gal的平板培養(yǎng)基上，可進(jìn)行藍(lán)白斑篩選， 適用于平端克隆。
