本產品以RNA為模板，在同一反應體系中，42℃-55℃條件下，合成第一鏈cDNA的同時去除RNA模板中殘留的基因組DNA。反應結束后，只需在85℃加熱5秒鐘，即可同時失活TranScript? II RT/RI與gDNA Remover。
