轉化生長因子-beta1（TGF-beta1/TGFB1）是一種多功能細胞因子，與其受體具有很強的結合能力[1]。不同物種的TGF-beta1蛋白的氨基酸序列非常保守。TGF-beta1蛋白前體無活性，激活的TGF-beta1蛋白與普遍表達的細胞表面 TGF-beta1型受體 (TGFBRI) 和 II 型受體 (TGFBRII) 結合[2]。TGF-beta1蛋白可以調(diào)節(jié)細胞增殖、生長、分化和細胞運動，并具有免疫調(diào)節(jié)和促纖維化作用[3-4]。
