本產(chǎn)品通過PCR方法檢測培養(yǎng)細胞等生物材料中的支原體，針對支原體16S rRNA序列保守區(qū)域設計特異引物，直接使用細胞培養(yǎng)液作為模板，特異性擴增支原體DNA，具有操作簡便、快速（2小時內(nèi)即可出結果）、特異性強、靈敏度高的特點。
