HRP（辣根過氧化物酶）可催化ECL等化學發(fā)光試劑產(chǎn)生化學反應發(fā)光，或催化DAB，TMB等底物顯色。HRP標記山羊抗兔IgG (H+L)抗體為高純度的兔抗體，可特異識別兔IgG重鏈和輕鏈，而對其它種屬IgG無明顯交叉反應，具有本底低、靈敏度高等特點，適用于Western Blot、ELISA等檢測。
