本產(chǎn)品以甲基化的質(zhì)粒為模板，采用部分重疊引物 (均含突變點) 設(shè)計，使用2×TransStart? FastPfu Fly PCR SuperMix擴增，擴增產(chǎn)物用DMT限制性內(nèi)切酶消化甲基化質(zhì)粒模板后，轉(zhuǎn)化具有降解甲基化質(zhì)粒模板的感受態(tài)細胞。本產(chǎn)品具有突變效率高，操作簡便的優(yōu)點。
