本試劑盒采用硅膠膜離心柱特異地吸附DNA，可用于PCR產(chǎn)物，酶切產(chǎn)物的純化，可有效地去除蛋白質(zhì)、有機(jī)化合物、無機(jī)鹽離子及引物等雜質(zhì)。具有操作簡單，快速的特點(diǎn)（5分鐘完成純化反應(yīng)）。用本試劑盒純化的DNA可用于酶切、連接、轉(zhuǎn)化、測序等多種操作。
