Transetta(DE3)是采用進(jìn)口菌株,特殊工藝制作,可用于DNA的化學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)化。細(xì)胞具有氯霉素(Camr)抗性。使用pUC19質(zhì)粒DNA檢測(cè),轉(zhuǎn)化效率可達(dá)107 cfu/μg DNA。使用Control Plasmid I (Amp+)用于檢測(cè)細(xì)胞是否具有表達(dá)功能,表達(dá)蛋白大小為25 kDa。
