Actin（肌動(dòng)蛋白）是細(xì)胞骨架的重要組成部分，廣泛存在于各種哺乳動(dòng)物細(xì)胞中，其中β-actin蛋白表達(dá)水平相對(duì)穩(wěn)定，常被用于Western Blot的系統(tǒng)內(nèi)參。抗β-Actin鼠單克隆抗體為高純度的小鼠單克隆抗體，屬IgG1同型，免疫原為人工合成的β-Actin多肽序列 ( (Ac) DDDIAALVC)。該抗體可識(shí)別人、小鼠、兔等種屬來源的β-actin蛋白。
