本試劑盒利用硅膠膜離心柱特異地吸附RNA，純化經(jīng)DNase I處理的總RNA產(chǎn)物、體外轉(zhuǎn)錄產(chǎn)物、RNA標(biāo)記產(chǎn)物、合成RNA等，能有效地去除蛋白質(zhì)、有機(jī)化合物、無機(jī)鹽離子等雜質(zhì)，操作簡(jiǎn)便、快速。純化的RNA適用于RT-PCR、qRT-PCR、芯片分析、Northern Blot、RNAi等實(shí)驗(yàn)。
